• Schedule adjustments to avoid having multiple patients in the building simultaneously
  

If you are a client and have had known or suspected exposure to COVID, or if you have traveled to any of the high-risk states listed in Chicago’s Emergency Travel Order, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to adjust your upcoming appointments to accommodate the required 14-day self-quarantine period. As a reminder, we also offer virtual tele-health sessions for patients that qualify. Thank you for your partnership in staying safe and healthy so we may continue caring for all of our wonderful patients throughout this national crisis.

We are grateful to be able to continue helping pets and their parents who really need us right now. While we understand why some clinics have chosen to allow drop-off patients only, with clients having no interaction throughout the session, we are lucky that our business model and clinic setup allows us to continue providing in-person sessions while being safe and adhering to social distancing protocols. For us, it is important to empower pet parents and make them an integral part of their pup’s rehabilitation program.

We have 2 options for Socially Distant Sessions:

Socially Distant in the Clinic: Clients are allowed to stay in the waiting area, keeping 6+ feet away from the therapist who will be working with your pup in the gym. As you can see in the picture above, our open floor plan has worked really well for these sessions and clients have enjoyed still being present for their pup’s session.

Socially Distant in the Car: A PT will meet you outside to pick up your dog, and you can wait in your car during the session. We will provide you with a WiFi login, and set up a video call so you can still be a part of the session, even from your car! This innovative option will allow you to be present throughout the whole session, and even better, you can invite another family member who has stayed at home to join the session as well! 

The other option would be one of our Virtual Consults. That option can be done 100% remotely; however, please keep in mind that due to rules and regulations regarding our profession those can only be done for residents in the state of Illinois.
